Carbon Performance for the XC Athlete

The SLR XC Carbon is built for cross-country riders who need the weight savings and stiffness of carbon rails without giving up any of the XC-specific ergonomic features that define the new SLR XC generation. The tapered rear geometry facilitates a quicker, more natural return to the saddle after technical sections. Extended padding supports multiple seating positions across long and demanding stages. Slippery reinforced side edges protect the saddle from lateral impacts and abrasion, while the smooth finish minimises friction during fast repositioning. Length up to 250mm supports riders positioned at the front of the saddle on steep technical climbs. Shell geometry shaped to maximise compatibility with full-suspension MTBs, allowing full wheel travel even with a dropper seatpost. Open cutout (Superflow). Made in Italy.

The carbon rails have been created with a brand new carbon layup to ensure lightness and resistance, and an improved rail angle delivers better vibration absorption.

Shell made with carbon composite and high grade nylon polymer.

Delivering style and support with a stunning handmade cover that's made with premium, lightweight materials and Selle Italia craftsmanship. 

Neutral shape (anatomical) saddles provide appropriate support for both cyclist with anterior pelvic rotation (dynamic riders) and those with posterior pelvic rotation (static riders).
