Selle Italia sponsored Tom Veelers of Skil-Shimano won the third stage of the Tour of Hainan after 161km the race ended in a bunch sprint and the Dutch rider was the fastest of the peloton ahead of Skil-Shimano teammate Kenny van Hummel.
